A thinking partner for small business owners and nonprofit leaders making real decisions: pricing, cash flow forecasting, hiring, and growth planning. Ideal for organizations that want experienced guidance as they grow.
My approach to bookkeeping comes from more than a decade of financial and operational leadership. I’ve spent much of my career responsible for budgets, contracts, operations, and the decisions that come with them.
I hold a BS in Accounting and am a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Level 2 and Payroll certified). My leadership experience includes managing a $600K nonprofit budget as an interim Executive Director and overseeing a $70M+ fleet budget and associated contracts in local government, along with managing major contracts throughout my public-sector career.
I’ve also managed reconciliations and cash flow for a multi-million-dollar organization, and researched and developed a new pricing strategy for one of its divisions, which I then helped implement.
That experience shapes how I work today. I don’t just record transactions — I understand the operational decisions behind the numbers and what owners and nonprofit leaders need from their financial information.
I have a particular interest in environmental and conservation-focused nonprofits, backed by a graduate concentration in Environment & Natural Resource Policy and hands-on experience in municipal environmental management and operations.
